Payment

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. Gratuity may not be added to credit cards. (ATM & Venmo available)

Credit card payments will be subject to an Additional 3% credit card fee.

 

Appointments

 We currently do not accept email or Instagram appointment requests. Please call us or use our online booking if you would like to book an appointment.

 

Deposit

A $100 non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required to secure any appointments 2 hours or longer. (For first-time clients, the deposit must be made by a credit card. The credit card fee can be credited at the time of service if the remaining balance was paid by cash.)

 

Cancelation

We understand busy schedules and difficult circumstances cannot be avoided. We are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours advance notice to avoid a 50% of the service fee to your credit card on file. These appointments are in high demand and take a considerable amount of time to perform.

Missed appointments are subject to a charge in the full amount of your service.

 

Children

While we do everything possible to accommodate the needs of our clients, we are not able to offer childcare during appointments. We work with extremely hot and sharp objects that could be potently dangerous to unsuspecting children. We cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment, as well as all our types of equipment, are specially customized to fit adults.

We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.

Please understand that our services are only available for those who are 13 and older. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
